Hero MotoCorp Unveils Surge S32: A Cutting-Edge Two-in-One Electric Vehicle

Revolutionizing Urban Commuting with a Transformative Design

Hero MotoCorp's innovative startup, Surge, has introduced a groundbreaking electric vehicle (EV) poised to redefine urban transportation. Drawing inspiration from the iconic Batmobile, the Surge S32 is a unique three-wheeler EV that seamlessly transforms into a two-wheeler scooter with the simple press of a button, offering unparalleled versatility to commuters in India.

Recently showcased in a video by RPG Group Chairman Harsh Goenka, the Surge S32 has captured the attention and excitement of EV enthusiasts. This vehicle signifies a significant leap in EV technology, resembling a conventional three-wheeler electric cargo vehicle equipped with essential features such as a front passenger cabin, windscreen, headlights, turn indicators, and windscreen wipers.

What sets the Surge S32 apart is its innovative ability to shift effortlessly from a three-wheeler to a two-wheeler scooter at the touch of a button. The front windshield elevates vertically, revealing the electric scooter within, while the vehicle's cabin undergoes a swift transformation with a spring-loaded double-stand mechanism.

Boasting features like LED headlights, turn indicators, a speedometer, and switchgear, the electric scooter ensures a comfortable ride for urban commuters. The Surge S32 intelligently allocates power and battery between the three-wheeler and the scooter, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

With a top speed of 50 km/h for the three-wheeler and 60 km/h for the scooter, the Surge S32 caters to a diverse range of preferences, from goods transportation to daily commuting. Moreover, the three-wheeler impressively boasts a 500 kg load-carrying capacity, making it an ideal choice for businesses and delivery drivers navigating congested urban areas. The Surge S32 aims to empower urban commuters with its versatile and efficient transportation solution, heralding a new era in electric mobility.
