Governor Gehlot stated, “To find a permanent solution to the congestion of Bengaluru city, it is proposed to construct tunnel roads at selected places.” The Detailed Project Report for the 2 km tunnel road, with an estimated cost of Rs. 2,000 crore, is currently in preparation with the assistance of an international agency.
